About the role
- Ensuring data quality as part of monthly reporting
- Development and maintenance of PeopleAnalytics in SAP SuccessFactors
- Continuous expansion and improvement of our HR reporting tools
- Support with data collection and the creation of ad-hoc reports
- Coordination of CSR reporting (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Preparation of audits in cooperation with the local companies on site
- Coordination between external auditors and our plants worldwide in the course of audits on CSR and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
- Completed business studies or comparable qualification
- High IT affinity and very good analytical skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Experience in the area of CSR and ESG is a must
- Ability to grasp and systematically process complex issues
- Reliability and passion for analytical and reporting topics
- Team spirit and service orientation
- Ability to work independently and organizational skills
- Willingness for business trips
- Written and spoken English at a very good level
- German language skills would be an advantage
- Start date: asap
- Location: Pirk, Germany
- Working hours: part time is possible (30h/week as a minimum requirement)
- #LI-Hybrid way of working: homeoffice up to 3 days per week (after initial onboarding period)
