In this role, you'll work across the full engineering lifecycle—from requirements and architecture through integration, validation, and deployment.</p> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, solving complex system-level problems, and leading technical efforts in a collaborative environment.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Tewksbury, MA (Onsite)<br><strong>Relocation Assistance Available</strong><br><strong>U.S. Citizenship Required</strong><br><strong>Active Secret Clearance Preferred | Ability to Obtain Required</strong></p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work on advanced aerospace and defense technologies</li> <li>Design and integrate sophisticated automated test systems</li> <li>Lead meaningful technical efforts and key engineering deliverables</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams</li> <li>Gain exposure to analog, digital, RF, and power systems</li> <li>Grow your expertise in LabVIEW, TestStand, and system integration</li> <li>Contribute to mission-critical programs that make a real impact</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop automated test equipment (ATE), test systems, and integrated hardware/software solutions</li> <li>Create test architectures supporting analog, digital, RF, and power electronics</li> <li>Develop test hardware, interface adapters, cabling, fixtures, and system interconnects</li> <li>Lead small engineering teams and own technical execution, schedules, and deliverables</li> <li>Support integration, validation, and deployment activities in manufacturing and field environments</li> <li>Troubleshoot system-level issues and perform root-cause analysis to improve reliability and performance</li> <li>Identify test readiness gaps and drive corrective actions</li> <li>Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver complete solutions</li> <li>Present technical updates, risks, and status reports to engineering leadership</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance test automation and system performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline</li> <li>5+ years of experience in test engineering, automated test equipment (ATE), electrical design, or test automation</li> <li>Experience with electrical systems, circuit design, instrumentation, or electronic test equipment</li> <li>Hands-on experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, or similar automation tools</li> <li>Experience leading technical tasks, projects, or small engineering teams</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills</li> <li>Ability to work onsite in Tewksbury, MA</li> <li>U.S. Citizenship required</li> <li>Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active Secret Clearance</li> <li>Automated Test Equipment (ATE) architecture and integration</li> <li>Analog, digital, RF, or power electronics testing</li> <li>Test and measurement equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and signal generators</li> <li>Manufacturing or production test environments</li> <li>MS Project, Jira, Confluence, EVMS, or similar program management tools</li> <li>Hardware/software integration and system validation</li> <li>Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <p>In this role, you'll help deliver reliable and scalable test systems that ensure mission-critical technologies perform in demanding environments.
