About the role
We are seeking a creative and dedicated Textiles Teacher for a full-time position starting as soon as possible at a well-regarded school in Walsall. The successful candidate will be able to teach Textiles to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, and will have the opportunity to inspire students with their passion for design, textiles, and creativity. Both experienced Textiles Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
The school offers excellent academic performance, with behaviour being consistently good. The Textiles department is well-resourced and part of a strong team, focused on delivering great results and fostering a positive teaching and learning environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience teaching Textiles to Key Stage 3 and 4
- QTS or PGCE
- Degree in Textiles or a relevant subject
Salary
The salary for this Textiles Teacher position will be paid on MPS/UPS, depending on experience and current pay scale.
