Our Demi Chef de Partie strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. You are hardworking, dedicated and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s high standards. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Demi Chef de Partie

• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays

• A keen interest in working for a high-end restaurant

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment

• Located in or near Amsterdam

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Great team player

• To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Senior Chefs
