That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Therapists provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Schedule</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Working generally Monday- Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm&nbsp;</li> <li>1-2 evenings per week working until approximately 8:00 (would have a later start time on those days)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Therapist I (Pre-Independently / Associate Licensed Therapists): <ul> <li>$55,000-$65,000 Annually</li> </ul> </li> <li>Therapist II (Independently Licensed Therapists): <ul> <li>$65,000-$75,000 Annually</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><em>Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position.</em></p> <p><strong>How Therapists Empower Recovery</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Create, implement, and continuously&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically&nbsp;indicated, promoting&nbsp;non-disordered&nbsp;eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Generate detailed discharge&nbsp;and transition service&nbsp;plans, making informed recommendations for continued care and coordinating transitions to the next level of care services.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Work closely with external professionals and community agencies to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care for&nbsp;client’s&nbsp;post-discharge.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Offer clinical supervision to colleagues when&nbsp;appropriate, depending on licensure and&nbsp;expertise.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Drive clients, staff, and supplies using the company vehicle when necessary, ensuring safety and compliance with transportation protocols.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Carry out other tasks as assigned,&nbsp;demonstrating&nbsp;flexibility and a willingness to support the team’s overall mission.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Education / License&nbsp;Qualifications:</span>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Master’s&nbsp;degree in a behavioral sciences field&nbsp;required.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Therapist I <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Current Provisional or Associate licensure required in the state of employment required.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Therapist II <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Current independent licensure in the state of employment required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Professional&nbsp;Qualifications:</span>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">DBT, CBT, FBT experience&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Computer&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri;
