Join the circle.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>We are looking for a Therapist to join our team! Winners Circle Group of Texas provides Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitation Services to adults and children within several locations across Texas.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver virtual therapy to children, adolescents and young adults&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a full caseload&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop an individual service plan tailored to meet the clients individual service needs</li> <li>Assess, diagnose and treat children, adolescents and young adults with behavioral and emotional disturbances using the DSM-5/ICD-10 criteria</li> <li>Coordinate with treatment team members and the family in the provision of services to meet the goals developed in the individual service plan.</li> <li>Provide appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing and submit documentation as specified by organizational policies.</li> <li>Conduct clinical assessments to determine diagnostic eligibility and treatment needs within the priority population as needed (if caseload is not at capacity)</li> <li>Monitor client progress, assessing intervention effectiveness for those with severe and persistent mental illness</li> <li>Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory guidelines, and complete reporting/training accurately and timely</li> <li>Participate in monthly clinical meetings</li> <li>Meet with the Clinical Director to review cases, share updates, and collaboratively address any challenges or concerns.</li> <li>Conduct quarterly trainings as needed for nonclinical staff</li> <li>Assist with development of mental health/community resource directory for each site.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements, preferences and qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Must maintain CANS and ANSA certifications </strong></li> <li>Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA): Must hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of Texas</li> <li>Master’s Degrees in social work, counseling, psychology</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required</li> <li>Experience in play therapy and knowledge of trauma informed practices</li> <li>Experience working with children, adolescents and young adults</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="467" data-end="651">At <strong data-start="470" data-end="503">Winners Circle Group</strong>, this isn’t just a job — it’s a calling.
