<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We're seeking an experienced TWS Administrator with SME-level expertise in Tivoli Workload Scheduler to manage our enterprise TWS infrastructure.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>- Execute EOS upgrades across multiple platforms</p>
<p>- Manage full TWS infrastructure: production issues, troubleshooting, RCA, fixes</p>
<p>- Install, customize, enhance, and integrate TWS with Linux/AIX/Wintel, cloud, and OpenShift</p>
<p>- Day-to-day administration: upgrades, patching, hardening, vulnerability fixes, user issues</p>
<p>- Ensure high availability, stability, and performance</p>
<p>- Participate in 24x7 rotational on-call support</p>
<p>- Automate tasks via scripting (Perl, Python, Shell)</p>
<p>- Troubleshoot scheduling options and develop automation tools</p>
<p>- Linux/UNIX administration and DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes)</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Mandatory Skills:</strong></p>
<p>- 3+ years of TWS administration experience</p>
<p>- Strong Linux/AIX/Wintel background</p>
<p>- Hands-on scripting: Perl, Python, Shell</p>
<p>- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and automation skills</p>
<p>- Experience managing enterprise-scale TWS environments</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Advantage:</strong></p>
<p>- Experience supporting TWS on OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes</p>
