About the role

  • Develop and execute a local/global compensation strategy that supports the company's business
  • Conduct regular benchmarking analyses to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation plans
  • Establish and maintain a consistent and transparent job evaluation system to determine appropriate salary levels
  • Design and maintain salary structures that reflect internal equity and external market competitiveness
  • Design and administer performance-based merit programs, including bonuses (KPI), rewards for talents group,
  • Design and administer minimum wage with the highest efficiency and the most equality
  • Monitoring the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks
  • Build/manage a team to achieve the most efficient operation like monitor the effectiveness and cost- efficiency of benefits programs ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Build/manage a team to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic in ensuring that how to Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Build/manage a team by educating and encouraging development skiI| for ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Build/manage a team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation and benefits data to internal stakeholders and external entities, as required.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and payroll, and ensure compliance across all locations.
  • Generate reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)
  • Monitoring the organization's salary scheme and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs, attracting & retaining staff as well as competitive with market.
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Manages payroll operation with C&B and Finance team to ensure on time and accurate payments to employees and relevant reports such payroll report, social security filings, Provident fund documents are submitted on time and accurately.
  • Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on interpretations of compensation policies and practices.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis with C&B and Finance team to be on time and accuracy.
