You'll be the expert, our HRBPs, Finance team, and leadership lean on to make smart compensation decisions , from structuring salary bands and running market benchmarking cycles, to building equity models and navigating the local regulatory nuances of three very different markets.<br>You won't just administer existing programs , you'll evolve them. We're a fast-growing fintech where the people strategy has to keep up with the business, and this role is at the center of that. <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Compensation Design &amp; Benchmarking</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own and continuously refine Clara's salary band structure across MXN, BRL, COP, and USD contractor tracks, keeping them anchored to market data.</li> <li>Run annual and ad-hoc benchmarking cycles: collect survey data, analyze internal equity, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.</li> <li>Support the hiring committee with offer calibration — ensuring every offer is competitive, internally equitable, and financially sustainable.</li> <li>Build and maintain compensation models, scenario analyses, and cost projections that feed directly into headcount planning and budget cycles.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Benefits &amp; Total Rewards Programs</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage benefits programs across Clara's markets, balancing compliance requirements with employee experience and cost efficiency.</li> <li>Research, evaluate, and recommend new benefits or perks based on market trends, employee feedback, and business priorities.</li> <li>Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure benefits are correctly reflected in payroll, contracts, and statutory filings in each country.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Build and maintain People dashboards and compensation reports for internal stakeholders — from weekly headcount snapshots to investor-facing workforce cost analyses.</li> <li>Analyze pay equity across geographies, levels, and demographic groups, and propose corrective actions where gaps exist.</li> <li>Create clear, data-driven narratives that make complex compensation information accessible to managers and executives alike.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Operations &amp; Infrastructure</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own compensation-related tooling and workflows — from the offer calculator and approval flows to HRIS data integrity and audit readiness.</li> <li>Drive process improvements that reduce friction in how we make and communicate compensation decisions across the org.</li> <li>Support compliance with local labor regulations affecting compensation (e.g., NOM in Mexico, CLT requirements in Brazil, labor code in Colombia).</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
