Our small-group journeys allow travelers to discover the stories, people, landscapes, and traditions that make each place unique.</p> <p>As a Tour Conductor for Yallaventura, you will guide our travelers through Morocco, helping them experience the country in an authentic and responsible way while creating memorable and meaningful journeys.&nbsp; You will lead small groups (maximum 12–16 travelers) on 1–2 week cultural tours across <strong>Morocco.</strong></p> <p>Note: We are currently building our guide team for upcoming departures. Please note that we will only consider applications written in English.</p> <h3 data-start="1265" data-end="1295"></h3> <h2 data-start="1034" data-end="1067"><em>On a daily basis, you will</em></h2> <p data-start="1297" data-end="1518">Lead &amp; Inspire<br data-start="1315" data-end="1318">Be the leader of your group, providing engaging insights about Moroccan culture, history, landscapes, and daily life while creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for travelers.</p> <p data-start="1520" data-end="1696">Plan &amp; Prepare<br data-start="1538" data-end="1541">Be well organized, know the daily itinerary in detail, and ensure smooth tour operations. Always be ready with a Plan B to adapt to unexpected situations. (Reservations are handled by our Operations team at Yallaventura, so you will not need to book hotels or transportation yourself.)</p> <p data-start="1698" data-end="1816">Training &amp; Briefings<br data-start="1722" data-end="1725">Participate in training sessions and pre-tour briefings to be fully prepared for each departure.</p> <p data-start="1818" data-end="1966">Support &amp; Communication<br data-start="1845" data-end="1848">Assist travelers with their questions and needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the trip.</p> <p data-start="1968" data-end="2108">Safety &amp; Quality<br data-start="1988" data-end="1991">Ensure traveler safety and maintain high standards with our local partners, accommodations, and activities.</p> <p data-start="2110" data-end="2225">Handle Emergencies<br data-start="2132" data-end="2135">Stay calm and solution-oriented when dealing with unforeseen situations and follow established procedures when needed</p> <h3 data-start="2232" data-end="2250"></h3> <h2 data-start="1900" data-end="1933"><em>The basics you bring along</em></h2> <p data-start="2285" data-end="2472">Passion &amp; Cultural Knowledge<br data-start="2317" data-end="2320">A strong passion for Morocco and a deep understanding of its culture, traditions, landscapes, and local communities.</p> <p data-start="2474" data-end="2495">Language Skills</p> <ul> <li data-start="2498" data-end="2591">French: advanced level (C1 or higher) – mandatory, as most tours are conducted in French</li> <li data-start="2498" data-end="2591">English: good working knowledge</li> <li data-start="2498" data-end="2591">Darija / Arabic: Required to communicate with local partners, drivers, and service providers during the trip</li> <li data-start="2498" data-end="2591">Additional languages (Spanish or German) are a plus.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2707" data-end="2861">Experience &amp; Location<br data-start="2732" data-end="2735">You are passionate about Morocco and knowledgeable about its culture, history, and traditions. Previous experience in tourism or guiding is highly valued.</p> <p data-start="2863" data-end="3046">Certifications<br data-start="2881" data-end="2884">You hold a valid official license to work as a tour guide in Morocco, issued or recognized by the relevant Moroccan authorities.
