We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.</p> <p><strong><br>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>We are looking for university students or recent graduates who are seeking genuine work experience, vocational placement or an internship located in one of our Depots in Europe.</p> <p>As an <strong>International Operations Intern,</strong> you’ll be representing our brand in person, providing our guests with world-class customer service when they start and finish road trips of a lifetime. If so, this position might be your next step!&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><br>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p> <p><strong>Front-office activities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Customer service and sales: </strong>Take care of check-ins and check-outs, register guests,&nbsp;process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip&nbsp;extras.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Back-office activities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;"><strong>Operations handling: </strong>Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and&nbsp;prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.</li> <li><strong>Quality control: </strong>Maintain the campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible&nbsp;maintenance or repair needs.</li> <li><strong>Support activities: </strong>Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet&nbsp;of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business&nbsp;Administration or a related field looking for an internship;</li> <li>You are fluent in English, have a work permit and a <strong>valid driver's licence (mandatory)</strong>;</li> <li>You like international environments and meeting new cultures;</li> <li>You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service&nbsp;orientation;</li> <li>You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with&nbsp;getting your hands dirty;</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>THE INDIE COMMITMENT<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>All internships are compensated, the amount depending on location, country, and region&nbsp;(accommodation is not included);</li> <li>Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills to your growth: guest relations,&nbsp;customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time&nbsp;management, fleet coordination, supplies management and logistics;</li> <li>International opportunities and possibility of integration in Indie Campers after the internship.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong><br>Are you ready to Go Indie?</strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
