Trade Marketing Internship-German Speaker

A leading company in the luxury cosmetics sector, with a presence across several European countries and headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking for a motivated intern to support our trade marketing efforts across European markets. This internship provides hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry, working closely with our marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What do we look for in the ideal candidate?

• Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving sales within the territory.

• Support planning and coordination of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored to European markets.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align trade marketing initiatives.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.

• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials specific to European audiences.

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners, to enhance brand positioning.

Your profile and soft skills should be:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and trade marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• C1 level of English is a must and C2 level of German. Plus any European language is preferred.
