Reporting into one of the Trading Managers, you will be an important team player, assisting Traders with various tasks, including data analysis, game management, and testing features. Whatever your background, keeping the customer and colleague experience at the heart of everything you do is vital to succeed in this role.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work in a designated area of the Trading department, responsible for tasks including compiling prices, managing games, monitoring bets, adjusting prices, and assessing customers.</li> <li>Contribute to testing new sportsbook features and trading models, while providing feedback and collaborating with the wider team.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement across the Trading department by assisting with automation and identifying areas for advancement.</li> <li>Support and collaborate with other Associate Traders within the Trading department, sharing knowledge and contributing to their development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to create and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable betting experience for our customers - driven by data, user research, and competitor analysis.</li> <li>Ensure that Fanatics are putting the customer at the heart of our Trading strategies.</li> <li>Assisting other teams within the department where necessary.<br><br>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or currently pursuing one.</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in similar roles.</li> <li>A real passion for sport, and an inherent understanding of what sports fans want to be entertained.</li> <li>Ability to understand and interpret data, translating that data into probabilities.</li> <li>Ability to test sportsbook platforms while contributing to the development and understanding of statistical probabilities and game theory.</li> <li>Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where decisions are made quickly.</li> <li>Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization.</li> <li>Willingness to ask questions and learn, along with strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>A flexible work schedule will be required, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.</li> <li>Average weekly hours are expected to be 20–25, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.</li> <li>This role is based in our Denver, USA office.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The hourly pay for this role is $30.00 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</strong></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div id="_FOpt1:_FOr1:0:_FONSr2:0:MAnt2:1:jrfUpl:UPsp1:detRgn:0:postPse:jdvRgn:1:s4"></div> </div> <div> <div id="_FOpt1:_FOr1:0:_FONSr2:0:MAnt2:1:jrfUpl:UPsp1:detRgn:0:postPse:jdvRgn:1:samrPgl" class="xkg x1a"> <div><span id="_FOpt1:_FOr1:0:_FONSr2:0:MAnt2:1:jrfUpl:UPsp1:detRgn:0:postPse:jdvRgn:1:sameIp" class="xkg x2ib x1u p_AFReadOnly"></span></div> </div> </div> <p>Depending on the role, your interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as onsite interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE—a multi-day cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires.
