Our team combines cutting-edge technology with a deep commitment to safety and innovation to solve the real operational and design challenges facing our communities' transportation systems.</p></div><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>PSI is seeking to hire a&nbsp;<strong>Traffic Analysis/Modeling Project Manager</strong>&nbsp;with knowledge and experience in traffic analysis and modeling. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience performing traffic engineering related tasks, and a Civil Engineering degree.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform and manage production of traffic engineering studies, analysis, and modeling including projects like traffic simulation, traffic demand modeling, and traffic impact studies</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and performance management.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Review and provide technical guidance on analysis and modeling submissions prepared by junior engineers and external consultants.</li> <li>Help perform quality control review for the work performed by junior engineers and peer senior engineers.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Learn and use readily available resources, standards, and reference materials to provide the best quality design deliverables.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors in Civil Engineering.</li> <li>8+ years of traffic analysis and modeling experience.</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Ability and desire to operate professionally in a team environment</li> <li>Strong Experience in traffic simulation software such as VISSIM and/or Synchro</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>P.E. in D.C., MD, or VA</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transportation analysis projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience with DDOT, VDOT, MDOT, and/or Virginia/Maryland projects.</li> <li>M.S.
