About the role
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programmes for our remote workforce. This role is key to building employee capability and supporting a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through skills gap analyses and consultation with managers
- Design and coordinate online training programmes, workshops, and e-learning content
- Facilitate virtual onboarding programmes for new team members
- Source and manage external training providers and learning platforms
- Track employee training completion, progress, and outcomes
- Maintain training records and produce regular learning and development reports
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning processes
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related HR role
- Experience designing and delivering virtual or e-learning programmes
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Learnupon, or similar)
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills in a remote/virtual environment
- Excellent written communication and content development skills
- Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
- Passion for people development and continuous learning
- Degree or diploma in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field
Salary: R33,000/month | 100% Remote
