Growth is encouraged, not gatekept.</p> <h2>Your Role as a Training Coordinator</h2> <p>As a Training Coordinator, you have one of the most meaningful jobs at EVCC: helping others grow. You’ll lead with curiosity, coach with compassion, and obsess over development. You’re not just building skills—you’re building confidence, momentum, and careers in emergency medicine. Whether you’re working 1:1 on the floor, guiding peer-led sessions, or developing educational tools, your impact will be felt hospital-wide. You’ll tailor training to every learning style and celebrate every milestone!
