<p><strong>Training Specialist</strong><br><strong>Full-Time | $18–$21/hour (DOE)</strong></p> <p>At Pathways for Life, great training drives great care. We’re looking for a dynamic,<strong> </strong>engaging<strong> Training Specialist</strong> who can turn complex requirements into clear, practical learning experiences that prepare our caregivers and teams for success.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver engaging in-person and virtual trainings for caregivers and staff.</li> <li>Ensure all caregivers are trained, confident, and compliant with their training requirements.</li> <li>Build and maintain standardized training materials, SOP’s, and job aids.</li> <li>Track completion, competency, and training needs across locations.</li> <li>Identify gaps in training to proactively improve programs.</li> <li>Reinforce key areas like EVV compliance, documentation standards, and service standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years in training, onboarding, or staff development (healthcare preferred)</li> <li>Experience leading group trainings or facilitation 1:1 sessions.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to teach, engage, and adapt to your audience.</li> <li>Organized and able to manage multiple training schedules, training courses, and priorities.</li> <li>Comfortable working across teams and all Pathways for Life valley</li> <li>Must have or be able to obtain DDD Trainer Certifications for Article 9, CPR/First Aid, Abuse &amp; Neglect, PBS, and PROUD.</li> <li>Experience with DDD, ALTCS or regulatory environments preferred.</li> <li>Must have a valid AZ Drivers License, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and maintain vehicle insurance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule &amp; Work Environment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)</li> <li>Fast-paced, people-facing role with real influence and impact</li> <li>Local travel required to support multiple locations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Pathways?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mission-driven work that directly supports families and caregivers</li> <li>Collaborative, growing organization with opportunities to develop</li> <li>Competitive pay and bonus opportunities</li> <li>Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance</li> <li>401K with opportunities to match</li> </ul>
