You'll support due diligence projects by preparing Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and Cash Flow analyses while ensuring data accuracy and delivering clear, structured reports.
This role offers hands-on exposure to international transaction advisory, where you'll work with project teams on real deals, develop advanced Excel modeling skills, and build a strong foundation in financial due diligence and transaction services.
What you will do as a Financial Due Diligence Analyst...
Transaction Support: Support Financial Due Diligence projects for national and international transactions
Data Analysis: Prepare, structure, and analyze large financial datasets in Excel
Analytical Modeling: Create and maintain analytical models (Quality of Earnings, Working Capital analyses, Cash Flow analyses) following project team guidelines
Data Validation: Perform plausibility checks and validation of financial information for accuracy and consistency
Report Preparation: Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and working papers for client deliverables
What we are looking for…
Excel Expertise: Strong Excel skills including complex models, large datasets, and efficient data processing
Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit, or Accounting Advisory
Language: Fluent English — written and spoken
Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and business fundamentals
Work Style: Structured and reliable working approach with strong attention to detail
