The role involves translating complex technical, operational, and strategic documents between Arabic and English, ensuring precision, confidentiality, and alignment with defense terminology and standards.</p> <h3>Key Requirements</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 7 years of professional translation experience, with direct exposure to defense, military, or strategic sectors</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience translating national security documents and technical military materials</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience supporting defense or government entities</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)</p> </li> <li> <p>Professional translation certification (e.g., ATA or equivalent recognized certification)</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of military terminology, defense systems, and strategic documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience translating official briefings, operational reports, policies, and classified-style communications</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Translate defense, military, and national security documents between Arabic and English with high accuracy</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate technical manuals, operational reports, strategic plans, policies, and official correspondence</p> </li> <li> <p>Review and proofread translated materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with defense terminology</p> </li> <li> <p>Support translation of leadership briefings, presentations, and strategic communications</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with security handling protocols</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure terminology consistency across documents through glossary and terminology management</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide interpretation support when required for meetings or official engagements</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate technical terminology and contextual accuracy</p> </li> </ul>
