This includes, but is not limited to, pulling comparable pricing for assets requested for sale, reviewing fair market values for different vehicle applications, monitoring and tracking company vehicle sales requests as they are received, assisting with administrative sale updates when a vehicle is sold, and helping to update vehicle sales standard operating procedures.</p> <p class="p1">You will be based at the Corporate Headquarters and will work closely with the Transportation Business Relations team, the Administration team, and the Fleet Sales Support team.</p> <h3 class="p1">Duties/Responsibilities:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Review electronic inquiries for selling company vehicles</li> <li class="li3">Communicate with employees in the field regarding requests</li> <li class="li3">Upload supporting data and sales information into a Monday.com Dashboard</li> <li class="li3">Ensuring Decommissioning work orders are completed by the field</li> <li class="li3">Assist with the administrative portion of asset decommission, including procurement of titles and removing license plate data from the state agency website, etc</li> <li class="li1">Attend weekly sales meetings to align data and approve sales</li> </ul> <h3 class="p3">Skills/Abilities:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li3">Strong Communication skills</li> <li class="li4"><span class="s2">Basic knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive</span></li> <li class="li4"><span class="s2">Familiar with Monday.com preferred, but not required</span></li> <li class="li3">Ability to Multitask</li> <li class="li3">Ability to Adapt Quickly Capacity for Rapid Adaptation</li> <li class="li5"><span class="s2">Work in an office environment</span></li> </ul> <h3 class="p3">Physical Requirements:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li4"><span class="s2">Work in an office environment</span></li> <li class="li5"><span class="s2">Must be able to sit and view a computer for long periods of time</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <p>You want to be part of a team that’s not just changing an industry for the sake of change — we’re transforming it to make it safer, more secure, and more productive.
