Travel and Expenses Analyst with Italian (m/f)

Łódź, Poland – Hybrid Setting

 

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Support EMEA and NA Travel & T&E operations, ensuring standardization and process improvement.
• Administer the Travel & T&E portfolio, including Corporate Credit Cards and SAP Concur.
• Provide daily support, guidance, and training on Travel & T&E policies to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to spending, compliance, audits, and process performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Security, TMCs) to improve travel programs and user experience.
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX documentation.
• Deliver user training and support ad‑hoc projects as needed.

 

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Travel, Corporate Cards, Finance, AP, Expense Management, or similar areas.
• Fluent English and Italian required; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Good knowledge of Travel & T&E policies and regulations.
• Analytical, well‑organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; good SAP knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Concur, banking systems, or travel booking platforms is an asset.
