<p><span data-contrast="auto">As our <strong>Travel Coordinator</strong>, you’ll be at the centre of creating seamless travel, relocation and onboarding experiences for employees, ensuring every journey to and within Malta is smooth, efficient, and memorable.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">From coordinating global travel and supporting international relocations to managing Betsson apartments and supplier partnerships, you’ll work closely with teams across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and global offices. <ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own and maintain the global travel policy, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own and manage all global travel bookings through Perk, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience for employees.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as the main point of contact for travel-related queries, providing guidance and support across the organisation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage and negotiate hotel agreements, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality options for business travel.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with Legal on hotel agreements and apartment contracts to ensure compliance and alignment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate relocation processes for new hires moving to Malta, including travel arrangements, communication, and onboarding support.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage Betsson apartments in Malta, including allocation, upkeep, and ensuring a high standard of accommodation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct regular apartment checks and coordinate maintenance or improvements where needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless relocation and onboarding experiences.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage travel costs, re</span><span data-contrast="auto">porting, and budget alignment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate travel needs across all our locations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What we are looking for: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum of 2 years’ in a similar role as a travel coordinator/travel administrator within an international environment. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with Perk or similar travel tools.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive employee experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proactive and solution-oriented approach.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comfortable working with systems and tools such as travel platforms and ticketing systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
