As a <strong>Travel Personal Chef / Personal Assistant</strong>, you’ll ensure every aspect of their personal life, travel, and home experience runs beautifully — from creative, health-driven meals to seamless travel coordination and organized households.</p> <p>This role centers around <strong>culinary excellence, travel readiness, and lifestyle management</strong>.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you love to cook, travel, and create order and comfort in luxury settings, this is a career-defining opportunity.</p> <h3><strong>Culinary&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Prepare fresh, healthy, and creative meals 3–5 nights per week — focusing on light proteins, seasonal produce, and globally inspired recipes.<br><br></li> <li>Confidently cook in multiple kitchens (home and Airbnb) with varying equipment.<br><br></li> <li>Plan weekly menus aligned with the principals’ nutritional preferences, health goals, and travel itinerary.<br><br></li> <li>Grocery shop locally and internationally; source specialty and high-quality ingredients.<br><br></li> <li>Stock pantries and refrigerators with fresh produce, healthy snacks, and household staples.<br><br></li> <li>Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen and manage food inventory to minimize waste.<br><br></li> <li>Coordinate private chefs or catering for large dinners or entertaining events.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Hospitality &amp; Entertaining</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Plan and execute small dinners, private events, and social gatherings with refinement and creativity.<br><br></li> <li>Design menus, tablescapes, and settings; shop for decor, linens, and ingredients.<br><br></li> <li>Coordinate logistics with caterers or chefs for larger functions.<br><br></li> <li>Provide warm, professional service during events — plating, pouring, clearing, and resetting.<br><br></li> <li>Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest communication, and follow-up.<br><br></li> <li>Create a comfortable, welcoming environment for guests in all homes and travel destinations.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Travel Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate and manage all travel logistics for the principals and yourself, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, restaurants, and experiences.<br><br></li> <li>Accompany the principals on extended stays (typically 3–8 weeks) in the U.S., Europe, and Canada.<br><br></li> <li>Arrive early when needed to stage residences or Airbnbs: unpack suitcases, stock groceries, set up Wi-Fi, and prepare the environment.<br><br></li> <li>Manage check-ins/check-outs, troubleshoot property issues, and liaise with hosts or management.<br><br></li> <li>Research destinations, book restaurants, wellness appointments, and cultural activities in advance.<br><br></li> <li>Handle all travel documentation with precision — DOBs, TSA PreCheck, passports, and visa details — ensuring accuracy.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Household &amp; Property Operations</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee daily household operations across multiple residences.<br><br></li> <li>Manage and supervise vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, repairs, deliveries).<br><br></li> <li>Ensure homes remain organized, clean, and functional whether occupied or vacant.<br><br></li> <li>Track household expenses, utilities, and maintenance budgets.<br><br></li> <li>Maintain property supplies, linens, and inventory of essentials.<br><br></li> <li>Oversee household vehicles — registration, servicing, cleaning, and insurance renewals.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Personal &amp; Administrative Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Send calendar invites and personal emails on behalf of the principals.<br><br></li> <li>Track personal projects, goals, and to-dos in <strong>Asana, </strong>keeping tasks current and visible.<br><br></li> <li>Run errands, schedule personal appointments, and manage recurring administrative tasks.<br><br></li> <li>Organize digital and physical documents; maintain confidentiality and order.<br><br></li> <li>Ensure all messages and communications are cleared by week’s end, with no lingering open loops.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Lifestyle Fit</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years in private service, hospitality, or personal assistant roles.<br><br></li> <li>Experienced and passionate chef — self-taught or culinary school trained — comfortable improvising and exploring new cuisines.<br><br></li> <li>Beginner Spanish or ability to use translation tools confidently.<br><br></li> <li>Travel requirement: <strong>75–100% annually</strong>&nbsp; all expenses covered.
