We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives, and relationships with clients and partners are built to last.</p> <p><strong>POSITION OBJECTIVE: </strong>The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for supervising the field construction of projects, ensuring completion within schedule, and to a quality that meets or exceeds client expectations. The Superintendent oversees all trades and daily project activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination with design professionals, consultants, and clients. The Superintendent also directs all subcontractors and construction personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution, adhering to the contract, budget, and schedule.<strong> </strong>&nbsp;</p> <table width="100%"> <thead> <tr> <td width="100%"> <p><strong>TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> </td> </tr> </thead> </table> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>PRE-CONSTRUCTION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes of work</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Execute project start-up tasks</li> <li>Develop a comprehensive plan from&nbsp;inception to completion, including coordinating construction activities for scheduling</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>PLANNING AND EXECUTION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advise the Project Manager of any significant impacts on the project schedule</li> <li>Work with the&nbsp;Project Team to monitor job progress and costs, including Time and Material work</li> <li>Daily Job site Progress Reporting:</li> <ul> <li>Ensure logs are completed accurately along with daily progress photos&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li>Verify the accuracy of drawing plan measurements of floors, walls, ceilings, etc.</li> <ul> <li>Identify discrepancies and take corrective action with the project team</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>TEAM AND PEER RELATIONSHIPS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish effective working relationships with the Owner, Owner’s Rep, Building Manager, Building Engineer, foremen, and subcontractors</li> <li>Chair weekly project construction meetings to discuss project progress and weekly work plans with subcontractors</li> <li>Meet daily with subcontractors to ensure alignment on schedule and tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>SAFETY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensures that the site is clean, organized, and meets all safety standards</li> <li>Continually enforce safety policies and procedures, including PPE, fall enforcement, etc.</li> <li>Actively enforce building regulations related to noise, elevator use, security, and tenant safety</li> <li>Maintain construction barriers (for security, construction, dust, etc.)</li> </ul> <table width="104%"> <thead> <tr> <td width="100%"> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> </td> </tr> </thead> </table> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>REQUIRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years (preferably 10 years) of project supervision experience in commercial, restaurant, retail, healthcare and/or industrial construction environments</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety procedures</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED:</strong></p> <ul> <li>OSHA 30-Hour Certification</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore</li> </ul> <table width="106%"> <thead> <tr> <td width="100%"> <p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p> </td> </tr> </thead> </table> <p>Loberg Traveling Superintendents receive the following benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Compensation with consistent pay increases and bonuses</li> <li>Premier Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term &amp; Long-Term Disability)</li> <li>HSA with Company contributions</li> <li>401K Match</li> <li>Profit Sharing</li> <li>Competitive PTO package with increased benefits after three years and the ability to roll over up to 40 hours</li> <li>A wonderful culture and team environment… Lots of fun and the very best team!</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Salary Range</p></div><div class="title">US Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$80,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$125,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
