Having clean room experience is a big plus! The ideal candidate will be&nbsp;based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and willing to travel to job sites as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, problem-solving on the go, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication wherever the work takes them.</p> <hr data-start="808" data-end="811"> <h4 data-start="813" data-end="836"><strong data-start="818" data-end="836">What You’ll Do</strong></h4> <ul data-start="837" data-end="1591"> <li data-start="837" data-end="941"> <p data-start="839" data-end="941">Manage all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout on assigned projects.</p> </li> <li data-start="942" data-end="1071"> <p data-start="944" data-end="1071">Travel to project sites throughout Texas and nearby states, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to company standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1072" data-end="1199"> <p data-start="1074" data-end="1199">Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules, budgets, and safety goals.</p> </li> <li data-start="1200" data-end="1303"> <p data-start="1202" data-end="1303">Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite while fostering teamwork and clear communication.</p> </li> <li data-start="1304" data-end="1401"> <p data-start="1306" data-end="1401">Review drawings and specifications, identify issues early, and implement proactive solutions.</p> </li> <li data-start="1402" data-end="1509"> <p data-start="1404" data-end="1509">Lead, motivate, and mentor field teams to deliver high-quality results and a positive work environment.</p> </li> <li data-start="1510" data-end="1591"> <p data-start="1512" data-end="1591">Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate jobsite documentation.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1593" data-end="1596"> <h4 data-start="1598" data-end="1624"><strong data-start="1603" data-end="1624">What You’ll Bring</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1625" data-end="2160"> <li data-start="1625" data-end="1713"> <p data-start="1627" data-end="1713">Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.</p> </li> <li data-start="1714" data-end="1810"> <p data-start="1716" data-end="1810">Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.</p> </li> <li data-start="1811" data-end="1882"> <p data-start="1813" data-end="1882">Ability to travel frequently and adapt to new project environments.</p> </li> <li data-start="1883" data-end="1950"> <p data-start="1885" data-end="1950">Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</p> </li> <li data-start="1951" data-end="2016"> <p data-start="1953" data-end="2016">Dedication to maintaining jobsite safety and project quality.</p> </li> <li data-start="2017" data-end="2104"> <p data-start="2019" data-end="2104"><strong data-start="2019" data-end="2102">Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred.</strong></p> </li> <li data-start="2105" data-end="2160"> <p data-start="2107" data-end="2160">OSHA 30 and other safety certifications are a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>Uprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
