Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates to drive growth and acquisition of new Treasures clients
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Treasures client base within the Consumer Banking Group
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship to ensure achievement of targets
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business decisions
• Represent the Treasures business in internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements

Requirements

• Experince  in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve business goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
• Proficient in the use of relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools
