Treasury Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to become an essential part of our team! If you're ready to optimize financial operations and enhance process efficiency — we would be happy to welcome you to Genesis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing payment operations in multiple currencies and verifying the accuracy of supporting documents;
• Assisting with counterparties’ checks and monitoring transactions for compliance with internal policies;
• Performing daily reconciliation of banking operations with ERP system data and identifying discrepancies;
• Participating in the automation of routine processes and implementation of basic financial tools;
• Preparing simple financial reports and summaries for regular internal reporting;
• Collecting and preparing documentation for audits and internal reviews;
• Ensuring the security of financial operations and collaborating with other departments on payments and document flow.

Our Expectations:

• Experience working in international or leading Ukrainian companies or banks;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written);
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / MS Office;
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility in task execution.
