strategic relationships with local and international banks and FX providers across the North Cone, acting as EBANX’s key representative.</p> </li> <li data-start="396" data-end="547"> <p data-start="398" data-end="547">Identifying opportunities to optimize FX efficiency, cash flow, liquidity levels, and fund sweepings in partnership with the HQ Cash Management team.</p> </li> <li data-start="548" data-end="645"> <p data-start="550" data-end="645">Ensuring governance, internal controls, and full compliance with local regulatory requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="646" data-end="756"> <p data-start="648" data-end="756">Conducting commercial negotiations to reduce banking fees, optimize FX spreads, and improve service quality.</p> </li> <li data-start="757" data-end="865"> <p data-start="759" data-end="865">Maintaining an in-country presence through regular visits and face-to-face meetings with banking partners.</p> </li> <li data-start="866" data-end="980"> <p data-start="868" data-end="980">Supporting Country Managers with a holistic banking and acquirer strategy, contributing to total COGS reduction.</p> </li> <li data-start="981" data-end="1068"> <p data-start="983" data-end="1068">Supporting commercial teams by explaining FX and anticipation offerings to merchants.</p> </li> <li data-start="1069" data-end="1185"> <p data-start="1071" data-end="1185">Partnering with HQ on capital structure strategies, including dividends, credit lines, and anticipation solutions.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Main requirements for this position:</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proven experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Governance and regional Banking Operations.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Advanced English and Spanish for effective communication with global and regional stakeholders.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong analytical profile, with solid communication skills, decision-making capability, and problem-solving orientation.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Previous experience coordinating multicultural teams and operating across different Latin American countries.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to implement process improvements and automation, ensuring efficiency and governance in banking operations.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-border="0">Experience with offshore operations and global treasury processes.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Knowledge of financial risk management and
