Deine Aufgaben
__Your tasks__
- __Drive trucks and transport equipment__ – you make sure the team and machinery arrive safely on site
- __Operate machinery in the field__ – whether it’s loaders, pile drivers, or service vehicles, you know how to handle and move equipment
- __Operate pile-driving equipment__ – after thorough training, you’ll work independently with our pile driver
- __Coordinate on-site operations__ – together with your team, you organize workflows in and around the field
- __Take and document soil samples__ – carefully and in a structured, traceable way

__Your profile__
- __Valid truck driver’s license (Class C / CE)__ – mandatory, as you’ll be transporting team and equipment across Southern Germany
- __Enjoy working outdoors__ – in all weather conditions and terrains
- __Hands-on skills__ and confident handling of machinery and tools
- __Reliability and team spirit__ – in a small team, everyone depends on each other
- __Comfortable with overnight stays in hotels__ – we’re not always based around Munich
- __No degree required. No formal training required.__ What matters is reliability, willingness to work, and genuine interest in the job

This is a full-time position based in the Munich region, with projects across Southern Germany. The expected annual salary ranges between €40,000 and €48,000 gross (depending on experience).
