The ideal candidate will have 5 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers.</li> <li>Conducting user research and usability testing.</li> <li>Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.</li> <li>Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business.</li> <li>Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.</li> <li>Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.</li> <li>Over 5 - 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.</li> <li>Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul>
