UI/UX Designer (Art Designer) - Osaka

• Design user-friendly UX and innovative UI visuals based on the game IP’s worldview

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
• Design and build a cohesive visual language, style guides, and UI systems
• Create UI animations and design interactions
• Collaborate with other departments (such as planners and engineers)
• Prepare documentation using Confluence

Requirements

Must-have:

• 3+ years of practical experience in UI design and implementation for PC and console game development
• 3+ years of experience creating game UI visuals using Photoshop and Illustrator

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in mentoring or training subordinates
• Experience creating prototypes using Figma
• Experience creating animations using After Effects

Ideal candidate:

• Ability to prioritize user experience and reflect playability and enjoyment in design
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills and flexibility in coordinating with others
• Understanding and adherence to basic business etiquette and confidentiality obligations

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5 hours of actual work per day)

Note: The above is an estimated working time, as this position is subject to a specialized discretionary labor system.

Holidays & Leave

• Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off)
