font-size: 12pt;">Simplify complex systems into clear, fast, and intuitive interactions;</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define product behavior - flows, structure, and interactions;</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of experience designing interfaces for web/desktop/mobile applications - ideally in technical, data-dense, or B2B contexts;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong Figma proficiency and a rigorous approach to component-level thinking;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to push back, advocate for users, and defend decisions with clear rationale;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Self-directed - you take ownership and follow through without hand-holding;</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
