You will work closely with customers, clinical teams, product managers, and engineers to develop educational programs, train new users, support clinical deployments, and help shape the future of image-guided intervention.</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">The successful candidate will combine deep ultrasound expertise with strong communication skills and a desire to help clinicians develop confidence and proficiency with ultrasound-guided procedures.</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">&nbsp;</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>Ultrasound Education &amp; Training</strong><br>• Deliver ultrasound education and hands-on training for clinicians adopting Focalist.<br>• Support customer onboarding, competency development, and clinical deployment activities.<br>• Develop educational content, training curricula, competency assessments, and learning<br>resources.<br>• Create and maintain standardized training materials, procedural guidance, and best-practice<br>documentation.<br>• Support the evolution of scalable training and certification programs.<br><strong>Clinical Program Support</strong><br>• Serve as a subject matter expert in ultrasound imaging and image acquisition.<br>• Provide feedback on clinical workflows and user experience.<br>• Support field activities, workshops, demonstrations, and customer education events.<br>• Assist with internal ultrasound training for cross-functional teams.<br><strong>Product Development Collaboration</strong></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to evaluate ultrasound imaging performance.<br>• Review imaging data and provide clinical feedback to support product development and validation activities.<br>• Contribute to the development of imaging standards, protocols, and evaluation methodologies.<br>• Participate in usability studies, verification activities, and clinical research initiatives.</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">&nbsp;</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><strong>Required</strong><br>• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent credential.<br>• 5+ years of clinical ultrasound experience.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in image acquisition, optimization, and interpretation support.<br>• Experience training, mentoring, or educating clinicians, sonographers, or students.<br>• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to travel up to 30%.<br><strong>Preferred</strong><br>• Experience as an ultrasound applications specialist, clinical educator, lead sonographer, or ultrasound program instructor strongly preferred.<br>• Experience developing educational curricula, training programs, or competency frameworks.<br>• Experience supporting adoption of new medical technologies.<br>• Experience collaborating with engineering, product development, or research teams.<br>• Startup, medtech, or healthcare technology experience.</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">&nbsp;</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong><br>• Clinicians achieve proficiency and confidence using Focalist.<br>• Training programs scale efficiently across customers and clinical sites.<br>• Educational content becomes a key differentiator for successful adoption.<br>• Product teams receive high-quality clinical feedback that improves imaging performance and user experience.<br>• Mendaera establishes a best-in-class ultrasound education program supporting the future<br>growth of Focalist.</div> </div> </div>
