This individual will review new and renewal submissions, analyze risk exposures, assess pricing and coverage structures, and partner closely with sales and carrier partners to deliver timely data-end="2314">Assess pricing adequacy, coverage structures, and eligibility guidelines</li> <li data-section-id="wpqgnv" data-start="2315" data-end="2411">Develop underwriting recommendations and make risk selection decisions within authority levels</li> <li data-section-id="2jbg4b" data-start="2412" data-end="2559">Communicate proactively with brokers, carrier partners, and internal teams data-end="3145">3–7 years of commercial insurance underwriting experience required</li> <li data-section-id="pqdrp8" data-start="3146" data-end="3232">Strong understanding of commercial lines underwriting principles and risk evaluation</li> <li data-section-id="7o2013" data-start="3233" data-end="3305">Experience working with retail brokers, MGAs, wholesalers, or carriers</li> <li
