Salary:
Employment contract (UoP): 8,400 – 13,400 PLN gross
B2B contract: 10,000 – 16,000 PLN net

What do you need to get this position?

Technical Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial software development projects
  • Proficiency in acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
  • Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (RESTful and SOAP methods)
  • Knowledge of DevTools and browser debugging tools
  • Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and comprehensive test cases
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestMo)
  • Solid understanding of defect management, including tracking, prioritizing, and verifying bugs
  • Ability to identify and document technical debt across the project lifecycle
  • Experience testing complex systems with external dependencies
  • Basic SQL skills to verify data integrity and ensure data quality
  • Familiarity with databases and tools for data inspection
  • Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts (e.g. k6, JMeter)
  • Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Git
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Ability to discuss implementation details with developers (frontend/backend)
  • Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and risks in software behavior
  • B2+ level of English & Polish (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
  • Knowledge of QA metrics and reporting practices
  • Experience in defining/refining requirements and business goals
  • Ability to create use case diagrams or process documentation
  • Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
