What You'll Do:
- Build & Scale the Network: Identify, qualify, and onboard high-performing upholstery suppliers to build a resilient and competitive global supply base.
- Master the Negotiation: Drive price negotiations for new and existing products using deep BOM analysis and market data to protect margins and realize "cost-out" opportunities.
- Own the Relationship: Act as the primary bridge between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality), ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities.
- Lead Product Initiatives: Manage the end-to-end execution of product developments and relocations using a disciplined project management approach.
- Monitor & Optimize Performance: Rigorously track supplier KPIs and tactical capacity, intervening with mitigation strategies to ensure 100% product availability and quality.
- Ensure Integrity: Execute all procurement activities with a commitment to strict compliance, ethical standards, and value-chain transparency.

- Project Minded: You are comfortable juggling multiple timelines, from complex product launches to contract renewals, without letting balls drop.
- Travel & Requirements: Possess a valid Driver’s License and Passport.
- Travel & Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel as needed to provide hands-on support across our regional network.
- Availability: Flexibility with working hours to support our multi-shift operations.
- Right to Work: You are legally authorized to work in the US.
