Key Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Content & Creative
- Generate marketing copy using AI tools (ads, emails, landing pages, social content, product descriptions).
- Assist in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Build keyword lists, write ad copy, and create ad assets using AI.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Follow instructions from senior marketers for campaign optimization.
- Generate automated reports through AI dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs across brands (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
- Flag performance issues early using AI-based alert systems.
Marketing Operations
- Help organize assets, campaign plans, and content calendars.
- Support email campaigns (newsletters, promotion flows).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Claude, etc.).
- Understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver tasks on time.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable with multitasking.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or landing-page builders.
- Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or AI design apps.
- Familiarity with Google Looker Studio or dashboards.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Marketing, business, or related education is a plus but not required.
- AI certifications or online courses are an asset.
