Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify and source automotive parts based on client or technician requests.
  • Communicate with suppliers for pricing and availability.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and manage parts inventory records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Coordinator, or similar automotive role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and catalog systems.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online supplier tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
