About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source automotive parts based on client or technician requests.
- Communicate with suppliers for pricing and availability.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and manage parts inventory records.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Coordinator, or similar automotive role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and catalog systems.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online supplier tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
