About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and post regular content with consistency.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Run social media campaigns and email campaigns through GoHighLevel or Klaviyo.
- Design visually appealing graphics, posts, and ad creatives using design tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align brand voice and creative direction.
- Track performance analytics and optimize strategies for better results.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic designing (2-in-1 skill set).
- Strong knowledge of content creation, trends, and audience engagement.
- Ability to design professional graphics, posts, and ad creatives independently.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, or similar automation tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
