We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Entry Level Leadership candidate who is eager to grow into management. Key Responsibilities

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor new associates to achieve performance goals.

• Client Engagement: Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to families, ensuring clear communication and trust.

• Leadership Training: Participate in structured mentorship programs designed to build management skills.

• Sales & Service: Help families understand and select life insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to implement growth strategies and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly motivated, adaptable, and coachable

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• No prior leadership experience required — full training provided
