<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives to contribute to generating clients for our </span><strong>healthcare staffing solutions</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">. You will be responsible for </span><strong>generating leads closing recruitment partnerships</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> over the phone and video and maintaining </span><strong>good customer relationships</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">An effective telesales representative must be an </span><strong>excellent communicator</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and have s</span><strong>uperior people skills</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">. They must be comfortable presenting staffing and recruitment solutions over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to </span><strong>drive FIND HealthCareers </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">by bringing in new clients such as healthcare networks, and care agencies as well as facilities such as independent living, group homes and assisted living and developing business.</span></p>
<h4>Duties and Responsibilities</h4>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analysis of healthcare markets, create and maintain target lists of potential clients</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contact potential or existing decision-makers to inform them about staffing services </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Performing </span><strong>requirements analysis’</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to precisely understand customer requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Pitch our solutions to potential clients</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> and create and close staffing agreements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work in tandem with our recruiters to precisely match candidates to job requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Direct prospects to key account executives when needed</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Handle objections to positively manage the company’s reputation</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Go the </span><strong>“extra mile”</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information</span></li>

<p><strong>Requirements and Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience as a telesales executive, <strong>especially in a staffing agency catering to US markets</strong></span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of </span><strong>successfully meeting quota</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> preferably over the phone</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Ability to quickly </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">learn and adapt to different markets, focused on staffing and recruitment of </span><strong>healthcare professionals</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional knowledge of </span><strong>English is essential</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent </span><strong>communication and high emotional intelligence</strong></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Good knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Solid experience using the Google G-Suite as well as softphones such as GoTo Voice</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Outstanding negotiation skills</strong> with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">BSc/BA will be a plus</span></li>
