<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Usher/Ticket taker will warmly welcome guests to the Venue, answer their questions and direct or if applicable, escort them to seats in an efficient and professional manner. Checks, tears, or scans guests’ tickets. Ensures that the rules and regulations of the Arena are being adhered to.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What will you do? </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Welcome, greet and direct or escort guests to seats in an efficient and courteous manner</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Check, tear or scan guests’ tickets</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Resolve guest seating issues</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with wayfinding and monitoring guests for any issues</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide guest service and answer questions as requested; be familiar with the Venue including locations of restrooms, food and beverage stations, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Respond accordingly to guest issues including illness, injury, altercations; resolve issues as they arise, escalating to Supervisor/Security as required</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a presence in the Venue, monitoring assigned sections throughout the event; proactively addressing customer needs/issues</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that all standard guest policies and procedures of the Venue are being adhered to</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Aid guests with disabilities to accessibility locations when requested</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Label seating areas as directed by a supervisor.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What do you need to succeed?</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work in a crowded, fast-paced environment; calm under pressure</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and upbeat attitude with a passion for helping guests.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Customer Service or Hospitality experience required (or strongly preferred)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintains a professional manner, presence, and appearance always while on premises/duty. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable handling customer situations in a highly sensitive, heightened, and urgent environment; comfortable working with large crowds.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be a member or join Local 176</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to pass and maintain certification in a comprehensive alcohol management program. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position is part time and is scheduled based on events. </span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be comfortable operating a limited mobility lift.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be comfortable with heights.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be knowledgeable to use a handheld PDA.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to traverse steps and be able to walk and stand long periods of time</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to carry, lift, push, pull up to 30 lbs;</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Flexibility to work including nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, in a 24 X 7 environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Must be willing to rotate to various posts within a shift as needed, based on business need.</span></li>
