If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!</p></div><p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;">The Utility officer will perform to standard at Marksman sites and schedules as needed to ensure tenants, visitors, and property assets remain safe and secure.&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Patrol by foot and vehicle of properties, parking garages, Class A buildings, and outdoor site.&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Ac<span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;">knowledge and greet all residents and guests with the utmost courtesy and urgency</span></span>.</li> <li>Produce high-quality, clear and timely documentation of incidents and events, providing leadership with the best information for decision making.</li> <li>Monitor&nbsp;<span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-weight: 400;"> access control, CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.</span></span></li> <li>Demonstrated&nbsp; professional presence, displaying the ability to work with and communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels, including executive leadership</li> <li>Comfort with the use of technology, especially computer applications&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and property standards.</li> <li>Other duties are required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Required Qualifications:&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 21 years of age or older.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).</span></li> <li>Strong customer service skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous supervisory or lead officer experience.</li> <li>Familiarity in report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV).</li> <li>Must be CPR/AED certified or able to obtain certification within 10 day of hire</li> <li>Must be Workplace violence trained or able to obtain within 10 day of hire</li> <li>Must be Active shooter&nbsp; trained or able to obtain within 10 day of hire</li> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must have a valid <strong>GA Driver's License </strong>and <strong>Clean Driving Record</strong>.</span></li> <li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background and fingerprint investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li> <li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supervising multi-building or campus-style properties.</span></li> <li>CPR/First Aid/AED certification.</li> <li>Military or law enforcement background (a plus).</li> </ul> <p>Pay:<br>• $19.00/ per hour</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">#IND3</span></p>
