Job Summary
The UX Designer is responsible for designing creative, intuitive websites and user experiences that meet the needs of our customers, while ensuring business and marketing objectives, customer goals and brand strategies are satisfied.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3 + years of professional UX design and front-end development experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and problem solving
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile experiences
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Undergraduate degree in UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiar with UX industry standards and trends.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms
- Experience designing for enterprise, regulated, or data‑heavy application
- Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps or Jira)
