UX Designer

Let’s talk!<br>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Concept, design, wireframe, prototype edit and optimize user flows for our game</li> <li>Work closely with all disciplines within your team, including Art, Engineers, Design, User Research and Analytics to create designs that solve problems</li> <li>Incorporate iterative user and team feedback into the development process</li> <li>Create wireframes and prototypes for testing and communicating your interactive design solutions to key stakeholders and teammates</li> <li>Provide an amazing user experience to our players by determining the information architecture and visual guidelines</li> <li>Define and implement standards that will help create a consistent, quality experience for players</li> <li>Assisting the Marketing team with user testing and implementing those results in the iterative process</li> <li>Work with the User Research team to learn about player needs and validate design decisions</li> <li>Follow latest design trends, AI based UX/UR tools and experiments aimed at discovering innovative solutions</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Previous experience in designing user experience for games, ideally for mobile</li> <li>Educational background in Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or other related fields</li> <li>Up­-to-­date knowledge of the latest trends in UX design and major platform interaction guidelines</li> <li>Capability to use a combination of research and personal knowledge of gaming culture to empathize with players, and develop strategies and best practices that are tailored to their needs</li> <li>Capability to animate prototypes that demonstrate UI interactions</li> <li>Understanding cross ­platform implementation and technical limitations</li> <li>Desire to work in cross­ functional teams&nbsp;</li> <li>A self starter with a “get things done” attitude that is characterized by efficient and speedy work practices</li> <li>Love for video games and a passion for game development&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WE CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU SO DON’T FORGET TO:</strong></p> <p>Share your latest portfolio, including at least one project that shows your full UX process- from initial brief to final outcome.
