UX Researcher (Blockchain Foundation)

<p>A blockchain foundation powering a L1 network, focused on enhancing user accessibility within the DeFi space is seeking a UX Researcher. This role is integral to understanding user behavior and advocating for user-centric improvements in our products.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive user studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.</li> <li>Analyze research findings to inform design and product decisions.</li> <li>Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces.</li> <li>Develop and implement research methodologies tailored to project goals.</li> <li>Present research findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.</li> <li>Proven expertise in various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Experience in the blockchain or DeFi sector is preferred but fintech, finance, consumer application experiences open too.</li> </ul>
