Advocacy:</li> <li>Work closely with the UX Lead, App Operations team, product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive product strategy and design execution across all mobile initiatives.</li> <li>Contribute to and advocate for the adoption of mobile-first design best practices, accessibility standards, and consistent design patterns within the App Operations team.</li> <li>Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and buy-in for mobile experience enhancements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>What we want from you:</h3> <ul> <li>Mobile UX/UI Specialization (Essential):&nbsp;Proven track record as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a specialized, hands-on focus on mobile application design (iOS and Android), demonstrating exceptional craft and attention to detail.</li> <li>Automotive Context:&nbsp;Experience designing for the automotive sector or other highly regulated/complex industries with a strong digital product presence is highly desirable.</li> <li>Exceptional Portfolio:&nbsp;A must-have portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile apps, showcasing your process from research and wireframing through to polished UI and implemented solutions.</li> <li>Mastery of Mobile Design Principles:&nbsp;Deep understanding and practical application of mobile-first design principles, platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material Design), and responsive design.</li> <li>Figma &amp;
