We believe that together, we can conquer any challenge and achieve remarkable victories.</p> <p>Want to learn more about ITS Logistics?&nbsp; Check out our website!&nbsp; <a href="http://www.its4logistics.com">www.its4logistics.com</a></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>About the Position</em></strong></p> <p>ITS has an immediate opening for a Value-Added Service Coordinator at our Corporate office in Fort Worth, TX.&nbsp; Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>To provide a professional level of care to all special projects</li> <li>Coordinating projects with clients, operations, and clerical team</li> <li>Developing rates for larger projects up to a predetermined threshold</li> <li>Providing weekly status updates on ongoing projects to management</li> <li>Proactively identifying and communicating areas of opportunity such as rework, damage processing, returns processing, relabeling, account reset, etc.</li> <li>Setting up work areas for projects</li> <li>Ensuring all supplies etc. are prepped and ready in advance</li> <li>Working with customer service to ensure the product involved in the rework is tracked timely and accurately throughout the project</li> <li>Working with operations management to arrange manpower</li> <li>Setting up work methods for projects and ensuring team members perform accordingly.</li> <li>Setting productivity expectations and monitoring status</li> <li>Conducting quality audits</li> <li>Reporting results to operations management</li> <li>Ensuring work areas are clean and organized at all times</li> <li>Working with operations management to ensure projects are accurately and completely billed</li> <li>Fill out returns inbound tally sheet</li> <li>Separate damage from good product</li> <li>Inspect product</li> <li>Always working in a “lead by example” manner</li> <li>Performing small projects independently</li> <li>Working as part of the team on larger projects</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>About the Requirements</em></strong></p> <p>The successful Candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of standard inventory control procedures for the industry, shipping and receiving procedures</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Good computer skills specifically with Excel, Word and Email</li> <li>High school education or equivalency, higher education preferred</li> <li>Regular manual labor including lifting, placing, packing and numerous repetitive tasks depending on the project</li> <li>Percentage of time spent in warehouse:&nbsp; 95%</li> </ul> <p>Hourly Rate: 22.00&nbsp;</p>
