Operating as a critical individual contributor, you will design the frameworks, financial models, and value-selling methodologies that enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to lead sophisticated, executive-level business conversations. Your work will directly empower our revenue teams to articulate and quantify the strategic impact of LVT’s intelligent site technology, driving enterprise adoption and expansion.</p> <p>This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, with regular travel required (typically under 25%) to partner with account teams and interface with enterprise customers.</p> <h3><strong>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Build the Framework:</strong> Establish and operationalize a scalable Value Engineering practice and engagement model tailored for the GTM organization.</li> <li><strong>Develop Value Tooling:</strong> Design sophisticated ROI models, financial impact assessments, and TCO tools that clearly quantify the business impact of LVT’s platform.</li> <li><strong>Drive Executive Alignments:</strong> Partner directly with account teams to co-lead value-based sales activities and guide critical financial conversations with C-suite decision-makers.</li> <li><strong>Standardize Execution:</strong> Ensure consistent execution of value-selling methodologies across regional teams, embedding value-led strategies into the full customer journey.</li> <li><strong>Enable the Field:</strong> Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing to roll out value-selling best practices and deliver impactful training initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Support Retention &amp; Expansion:</strong> Deliver strategic data and insights on value realization to senior leadership to help optimize client expansion and retention strategies.</li> <li><strong>Measure Success:</strong> Track and measure the impact of value engineering interventions on key metrics, including sales velocity, average deal size, and win rates.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Background:</strong> 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Management Consulting, Sales Strategy, or Business Strategy within a B2B enterprise technology environment.</li> <li><strong>Financial Acumen:</strong> Deep expertise in financial modeling, ROI calculation, business case development, and translating complex technical impact into economic value.</li> <li><strong>Executive Presence:</strong> Strong customer-facing skills and command presence, with a proven ability to lead engagements and build trust with executive stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Methodology Builder:</strong> Demonstrated success in developing and scaling value engineering frameworks or structured sales motions across dynamic revenue teams.</li> <li><strong>Compelling Storyteller:</strong> Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, technical, and analytical insights into simple, high-impact business narratives.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Individual Contributor:</strong> A proactive builder who operates effectively across functional boundaries, influencing teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</li> <li><strong>Adaptable &amp; Mobile:</strong> Comfortable managing a dynamic schedule with a willingness to travel as required to support key accounts (typically under 25%).</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The beginning annual salary range for this role is $171,000 - $229,000 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training.
