About the role
The Independent Contractor (IC) vasectomy provider will provide vasectomy-related services to PPIL patients, including but not limited to the vasectomy procedure itself, thorough review of pre-operative visit and patient history, and physical exam as indicated to determine if patient is appropriate for vasectomy care at PPIL.
